Limited room hire is available at the Rec, which provides the perfect space for a celebration, wake or other get together. Along with our licensed bar we have several catering options available headed by our popular rolling pizza buffet! External caterers can be supported too, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Events are at the heart of what we do at the Rec. We have monthly live music showcasing the best local talent, bingo, open mic night, televised sporting events, kids club, skittles, league pool, intra league darts, kids skittles, big quiz and karaoke coming soon! There’s lots more in the pipeline too, just watch our Facebook page for details or enjoy our fortnightly ‘what’s on’ emails which are sent out to the membership.
Satisfy your hunger
At The Rec Bar we take the Pizza we serve seriously!We make and hand stretch our own fresh bases in a super thin Romano style. Each pizza is then topped with a blend of local mature cheddar, Parmesan and fresh buffalo mozzarella with our own recipe slow simmered tomato base sauce. Our pepperoni is a Spiniata that is imported from Italy and torn onto our famous diavolo along with delicious Nduja paste. Our fennel salami (finocchiona) is to die for… Come on down and try one. Great pizza in the heart of Wrington? Done.
PIZZA BUFFET
Our pizza buffet is a very popular and unique way to cater for your event. Choose your favourite 4 pizzas (often Margherita, Diavolo, Quattro Formaggio and Hawaiian) and number of guests attending the party. We keep sending out the pizzas to our heated gantry unit while your guests keep eating them! It’s the perfect way to keep delicious fresh food available while enjoying a drink, chat and maybe a dance!
